There is no doubt that the popularity of reality TV has surged in recent years. Everything seems so easy and even difficult life events, like buying a home, are resolved in less than 30 minutes. However entertaining these shows may be there is a line when it comes to reality of them.
In a nutshell, no Northwest Florida real estate endeavor happens overnight. The camera misses days, weeks and even months of action. In real life, you will interview a Realtor, apply for home loans and endlessly search for that perfect place to call home.
While you probably already know this, know that not every home will be in tip-top condition like the ones shown on TV. You have to be prepared to see some shag carpet and neon pink walls, but do not let this deter you from a good buy.
